You might already know our work - we’re the team behind popular Open Source libraries like react-native-video.Our teams - especially the Special Task Force - specialize in performance audits, technical debt assessments, recovery plans, and R&D in the area of native libraries.We value transparent communication, a shared pursuit of excellence, and the real impact of every team member on our organization’s growth - principles we developed together and live by every day.We’re building a community, not just a team. - Engage with the developer community via GitHub, Discord, and Slack - supporting developers building apps with our open-source tools.
- Grow your skills by developing mobile applications in React Native, especially in video-related areas, with guidance from more experienced teammates.
- Help create custom solutions for our clients and contribute to open-source projects like react-native-video.
- Support the team with app audits, performance improvements, and implementation of new solutions.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing React Native apps.
- Take part in community ambassador activities - promote best coding practices, share sample apps, highlight updates from our OSS work, and spread knowledge internally and in the OSS community.
- Regularly participate in team meetings and collaborate to solve technical challenges together.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with React Native.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and basic familiarity with TypeScript.
- Willingness to learn and grow in React Native and other mobile technologies.
- Some experience with tools like Redux, Firebase, or GraphQL is a plus.
- Interest in OSS – we’d love for you to grow your skills in open-source projects, submit improvements, and co-create public repositories.
- Ability to work with international clients (mostly from the USA) and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Willingness to work across different time zones (mainly USA) - flexibility in working hours and availability for meetings.
- Salary: 5,500 - 8,500 PLN net/month B2B (depending on your skills and experience).
